Do You Charge Hourly or by the Job?
By the job, always. We quote by the job, not by the hour. That means you know exactly what you're paying before we start, no surprises and no watching the clock. As a guide, if you supply the toilet, a full install is $300 + GST, agreed before the first tool comes out.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes. Rush Hour Plumbing holds NSW Contractor Licence 479878C and carries full public liability insurance. You can check the licence with NSW Fair Trading any time.
Can You Do Same-Day Service?
Often, yes. If the schedule allows, Ben aims to be on site the same day you call. For emergencies, if available, within 1 hour.
Can I Get a Quote Before I Book?
Yes. Quotes are free and stay valid for 30 days. Send a photo of the problem and Ben can usually price it without a visit.
