Do You Take On Small Jobs?
Yes. A dripping tap gets the same treatment as a burst main: a free quote, one fixed price for the job, and the work tested before Ben leaves. If you've got a few small jobs, mention them all when you call so they can be quoted together.
Can I Send A Photo Instead Of Booking An Inspection?
For most everyday jobs, yes. Photo quotes come back within 1-2 hours, free, and valid for 30 days. If the job needs eyes on it before it can be priced, Ben will say so up front.
